Dillon Chemical permits qualified applicants to resell the SWIPES product line subject to terms and conditions of our Authorized Dealer Program. There is no license fee. However, to become an Authorized Dealer, qualified applicants must agree to the following conditions:

1. Initial Purchase Requirements:
5 cases 90-count SWIPES - 6 per case
5 cases 28-count SWIPES - 12 per case

2. Territorial Restrictions: This is not a franchise, however, Authorized Dealers may be restricted by territory. To be defined on an individual basis.

3. Stocking Inventory: Authorized Dealers are required to have product in stock and on display for a period of 1 year from the date of initial purchase.

4. Promotion Items: Promotional items which can include store displays, banners and static window decals are provided free of charge. These promotion tools are to be clearly displayed at the dealership location(s). Other apparel promotional items are available for purchase at special dealer pricing.

5. Reorder: Mimimum order $200.
